Successful candidates will have:  

• Knowledge/experience with Photoshop, using a cintiq a plus
• Understanding of perspective
• Strong time-management skills and work well under pressure

Depending on your area of focus:

• Background Design:
  • Strong fundamentals in drawing, perspective. CG experience a plus.
• Prop/Character Design:
  • Strong fundamentals in drawing, strong figure drawing.  Knowledge of clip studio a plus.
• Background Paint:
  • Strong fundamentals in lighting and mood, impressionist painting.  
• Color Stylist:
  • Experience with color script.
